You may think that such a procedure and the time you have to spend for diagnosing this disease is not very important, but you are false. Without correct diagnosing it is rather hard to find the proper way of treatment. In addition, if you leave your sleep disorder without examination (and as a result without treatment) it may lead to heart attacks, stroke, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, diabetes, arrhythmia, depression or memory loss.
